In the Roost you will find board games, air hockey, a football table and darts for the whole family to enjoy.
Table Tennis
We have an outside table tennis table for all our guests to enjoy.
Golf
Guests can play 18 holes at Trethorne golf club for Free*.
Fishing lakes
We have 2 fishing lakes onsite and our guests can fish here for free whilst staying at Netherbridge lakes.
River fishing
We are just 200 metres away from the river Tamar. Our guests can fish here for free as well as long as they hold a valid river fishing license.
Outside areas
There are 2 picnic areas located in the play field and main courtyard. outdoor lawn games available Mid March to October.
Hot tubs
Swift, Swallow, Otter, Badger and Wren barns have their own private hot tubs.
Free wifi
All our barns have free WiFi access.
Parking
Plenty of free parking available on site, so if you are arriving in more than 1 car then that is not a problem.
Golf
*When staying at Netherbridge Lakes, every barn recieves a free round of golf for 2 people over 18 holes. We offer club hire for a small charge and there are discounted rates if you would like a second round or to hire a golf buggy. For more information or to book your free round, then please contact us. We have a short play golf practice area at Netherbridge Lakes. This is a great area to practice those chip and pitch shots before heading to Trethorne or for a bit of fun in the summer evenings. We cut the grass to different lengths so you can practice fairway and rough lies. We have clubs and balls to borrow if needed and this is great fun playing with friends and family to see who can get nearest to the pin!
Our Lakes
The smaller of the two lakes with two small islands this lake was stocked with the same number of fish as the larger bottom lake. There are fish up to 12lb including Grass, Common and Mirror Carp along with Tench, Bream, Roach and Rudd.
The maximum depth of this lake is a little over 6ft at the deepest point.
The Larger of the two lakes with a small island this lake was stocked with the same number of fish as the smaller top lake. There are fish up to 14lb including Grass, Common and Mirror Carp along with Tench, Bream, Roach and Rudd.

Our Fishing Rules
Please Respect and Abide the following Rules for the wellbeing of fish and fellow anglers. Non-compliance could mean being banned from fishing.
The following are banned:
- Fixed Leads
- Bent Long Curved Shank or In pointing hooks
- Live baits and Dead baits
- Bait Boats, Drones and Deepers
- Beachcaster Method 360 rig
- Lead Core
- Double Strength Line
- All particle baits (large nuts & pulses) except Sweetcorn and Hemp
- Barbed Hooks
- Tiger nuts
- BBQ’s
- Maximum 2 rods. Minimum Size 8 hooks on Carp Lakes, Minimum size 12 on others.
- Large knotless nylon Landing Nets for both Lakes and a minimum of 30”
- Minimum 6lb line
- No Residents allowed to night fish on the last night prior to their departure and no fishing on Saturdays on day of departure.
- Disgorgers must be used.
- Specialist Braided hook-links only. No braided main line.
- Do not leave rods unattended – a few rods have been pulled in.
- Anyone found LITTERING will be banned from fishing. Please take it back.
- No Swims to be left unattended for more than 2 hours (i.e. lunch etc.)
- No Driving to lakes.
- At Spawning times or when oxygen levels are low, certain lakes may be temporarily closed.
- No Fly Fishing
- No Standing Up with Fish – Always Kneel down when handling Fish
- Please use toilet facilities in your accommodation
- All children under the Age of 16 MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT at all times whilst fishing.

THE ABOVE RULES ARE RIGIDLY ENFORCED, FAILURE TO OBSERVE THE RULES COULD MEAN A BAN FROM FISHING.
