Duck Barn, sleeps 2
Enter in through the stable doors into this cosy studio-style barn. When entering you will find yourself in the bright open plan Lounge/Kitchen diner with lovely high ceiling and exposed beams. Heading to the back of the property to the lovely king size bed and shower room and WC. To the side of the property is an enclosed garden with comfortable seating, perfect for those warm summer evenings.

Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook up a feast, with an electric oven and hob. Duck barn also has a microwave, fridge with ice box and dishwasher. Freezer available in the Roost to use. The living room has TV and DVD player with plenty of DVD’s in the Roast to borrow.
Garden
There is a large enclosed garden with 2 comfy chairs and foot rests to the side of the property.
Other facilities
Games room available for all guests with darts, football table and air hockey. There are also board games, DVD’s and books that you can borrow from the Roost. 7 acres of land to explorewith 2 fishing lakes with picnic area and part of the Tamar to river fish too. Courtyard area with picnic area and outdoor table tennis. Outside enclosed paddock with garden games (Mid March to end Oct) and to exercise your dog.
Dogs
Well behaved dogs are welcome at Netherbridge Lakes. We provide dog beds, towels and bowls for dogs that visit us. Dogs are allowed to explore our grounds on the lead and there is an exercise paddock for them to run free too.
Infants
We have available cots and highchairs that we can put up in Duck barn if requested.
