Stepping inside this tasteful and contemporary cottage, you will find yourself in the open-plan lounge/kitchen diner area. Heading up the stairs you will find the bathroom, two bedrooms, a double with en-suite and a spacious twin room. There is a small enclosed garden for the dogs and children to play or seating to dine alfresco and to relax taking in the wonderful countryside views.

Bedrooms
Master bedroom has a cosy double bed and its very own en suite with gorgeous views of the countryside thanks to the double height picture window. Owl barn also has a large twin room with vanity area and high exposed ceiling.
Bathrooms
The main bathroom has a large bath with electric shower. There is also a WC, large sink and heated towel rail. The en-suite to the master bedroom has a large shower cubical with electric shower, electric towel rail, sink and WC.
Kitchen/Living room
Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook up a feast, with an electric oven and hob. Owl barn also has a microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Tumble dryer available in the Roost to use. The kitchen area is a good size with a large dining table. The living room has TV and DVD player with plenty of DVDs in the Roost to borrow.
Garden
Small enclosed garden, with 4 chairs and small table. There is a patio outside the front door for seating and small grass area. Coal BBQ available on request.
Other facilities
Games room available for all guests with darts, football table and air hockey table. 7 acres of land to explore with 2 fishing lakes with picnic area and part of the Tamar to river fish too. Courtyard area with picnic area and outdoor table tennis. Outside enclosed paddock for children to play and to exercise your dog.
Dogs
Well behaved dogs are welcome at Netherbridge Lakes. We provide dog beds, towels, and bowl for every dog that visits us. Dogs are allowed to explore our grounds on a lead and there is an exercise paddock for them to run free too.
Infants
We have available cots and highchairs that we can put in Fox barn if requested. There is also a stairgate in each of our barns too.
